Tabata

Tabata is an intensive interval training. The interval is 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes. A minute break follows and everything is repeated 6 times. We exercise with our own weight on soft mats. We use resistance bands, stands and other aids during the exercise. The aim of the exercise is to improve physical fitness, strength skills and body shaping.

Information for Students Regarding Participation in Physical Education Classes:

Participation in specific physical education classes and the selection of sports activities is based on the professional assessment of the instructor. The instructor takes into account individual abilities, health conditions, and the suitability of the chosen activity for each student, with the aim of ensuring safe and effective involvement in the course.

In justified cases, the instructor may decide not to include a student in a particular sport activity or form of instruction if participation would not be appropriate or safe for the student. In such cases, the student will be offered the opportunity for consultation and, if possible, an alternative form of instruction.
